Roanoke Valley Sports Clubs members enjoyed an evening with two distinguished speakers from Ferrum College. Ferrum College Director of Athletics Cleive Adams and Ferrum College President Mirta M. Martin, us to discuss #TheJourney to Division II and what that means for the college moving forward.

Roanoke Valley Sports Club honor two William Fleming High School Athletics Boys Basketball coaches at it’s August 2024 meeting. Mickey Hardy, Boys Basketball Coach, and Marshall Ashford, Assistant Boys Basketball Coach.

From left to right, Marshall Ashford, Kevin Deel and Micky Hardy. Kevin and Micky played at Ferrum, Kevin went on to a great career at Radford. Micky went on to VT and joined Marshall as VT teammates.
